Watergate Scandal

Who- Nixon, Liddy, Woodward, Hunt, and Bernstien, Agnew, Baker, Bork, Butterfield, Colson, and Ehrlichmen.

What- The Watergate scandal was a political scandal in which Nixon and several accomplices illegally placed listening devices and took photographs in the Democratic National Committee at Watergate office complex.

Where- The Democratic National Committee located in the Watergate Office complex.

When- Between January 1972 to June 1972

Why- Nixon was becoming extremely paranoid about other politicians conspiring against him, so he place listening devices in the DNC at Watergate office complex. Nixon wanted to do this to ensure his victory in the following election.
